Where is the glowplug relay on a fiat ducato 2003 1.9. .the wire harness at glow plug contoller, the two glow plug wire harness that lead to glow plugs are showing same voltage as to testing directly at plugs, so now i know my glow plugs and wires leading to glow plug controller are all ok and are not the problem, where or what do i diagnose next.
